The CCZ1000 explosion-proof direct reading dust concentration measuring instrument is a portable direct reading dust concentration measuring instrument, suitable for detecting the total dust or respiratory dust concentration in coal mines or other environments with flammable and explosive dust. It has the characteristics of digital display, accurate measurement, stable performance, small size, light weight, simple operation, and convenient use.

2、 Performance characteristics

The CCZ1000 explosion-proof direct reading dust concentration measuring instrument is based on the principle of infrared light absorption and is used to measure the concentration of airborne dust in the ambient air. The dust analyzer is equipped with a separate dust collector, which can collect respiratory dust and total dust. Its separation efficiency meets the requirements of the "BMRC" respiratory dust separation efficiency standard curve.

The instrument design complies with the requirements of MT163-1997 "General Technical Conditions for Direct Reading Dust Concentration Measurement Instruments", MT394 Sampling Efficiency Determination Method for Respiratory Dust Measurement Instruments, GB/T20964 Dust Sampler, and GB3836.4-2000 standard for ExibI and other (intrinsic safety) explosion-proof designs.
